A man suspected of being the subject of a pursuit that resulted in the death of a California Highway Patrol motorcycle officer Wednesday night has been arrested. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) 2015 Annual Report of ATV Deaths and Injuries confirms that fatalities and injuries related to all-terrain vehicles (ATV) continue to decline.
