Ivolution Sports, Inc. (Ivolution Sports) is recalling certain IV2 JX-SKY helmets, sizes S, M, L, XL manufactured February 1, 2015, to July 15, 2016. These helmets may have two detachable plastic accessory pieces, a plastic mohawk and a face mask, that were attached with small screws.
